What will happen to poor people???

Why 70% of population in in India is poor? Why most of the people in India can't live with dignity?? What can be done to improve the conditions of these people ?? No one knows and no one wants to think. The poor people in India ,they're just vote banks for the political parties, easy prey for the religious thugs and their women are victims of social injustice! But this is not a debate!!!
Why 70% of people in India are poor (below poverty line) and don't have a steady income. Now the reasons of poverty are unemployment, illiteracy and government negligence. But we can easily blame government for playing its role for the economical development of poor people, but we also need to see the condition of other organizations for playing their role in development of poor people . but then also there is no development , and ordinary people don't have time to think about them as they themselves are busy in this survival game. Then who will take responsibility for development of these poor people?? What will happen to these poor people???
