Hastkshep warned that Kanhaia might be attacked in the court and exposed the conspiracy on the eve before Actually Kanhaia was attacked in Patayala House court by the RSS brigade of Goons in Lawyers' disguise.Kanhaia had been thrashed in Police custody.
