Ashok Agarwal 5:19pm Dec 29 Delhi Education Minister's double speak - on one hand he says that the schools will continue with the old criteria of admitting children at the age of 3+ and on the hand he says government is implementing 4+ age as they have said in the affidavit filed before the High Court.
