QURAN STUDY CLASSES IN JAPANESE & ENGLISH

If we let our children to become a victim of todayfs Japanese culture without letting them study Quran seriously, it will mean that we are developing ECONOMIC ANIMALS with Muslim names." 

The Executive Director, Islamic centre, Tokyo, Dr. Musa M. Umer, ex-Ambassador of Sudan in Japan has requested me to conduct Quran Study Classes on every Saturday at 6:00 PM. I have accepted this responsibility. The classes will be held at the newly built Islamic Centre building, named as YUAI School adjacent to Tokyo Masjid near Yoyogi Uehara station of Odakyu Line. 
The classes will be in Japanese and English. Copies of a few pages of my Japanese translation and explanations will be distributed to each participant. I will read and explain it further both in Japanese and English. We will start from the last Surahs of the 30th Part of the holy Quran. Usually, all Japanese or other Muslims have memorized some of these Surahs for reading in their 5-time Salat. It is better that they understand the central theme and the meaning of these Surahs as well. In this way, we will, Insha-Allah first try to finish 30th Part in reverse direction, i.e. we will start from the last Surahs and go back to 1st Surah in Para or Juz Amm (30th Part). Thereafter we will start from 1st Part of Quran, Para or Juz Alif-Lam-Meem, Insha-Allah. God willing, we will try to complete the study of the entire Quran in this style both in Japanese and in English.
These will be regular classes on each Saturday. Those who are serious to learn and study Quran are requested to attend regularly every week. There is separate arrangement for ladies as well. Foreign Muslims can bring their Japanese wives and grown-up children as well for the understanding and learning the teachings of the holy Quran. A question-answer session will also be held at the end of the class. Videos of these classes in English and Japanese will also be published on YouTube as well separately in each language, Insha-Allah.

Some Arab Muslims and organizations have donated millions for the building of this school. From the very beginning the purpose was to teach Islamic injunctions to elders and children in Japan through this school. Most of us are very busy in making money in Japan, as they came to this country mostly for this purpose alone. Most of them are immersed in money-making machine life-style. But they had to marry in Japan to get a long-term stay visa. Thus they have developed families of Japanese Muslim wives and children. These account for over 30,000 in case of Pakistanis alone. The official figure of Pakistanis in Japan is over 10,000. They should spare a few hours from their 24-hour money-making activities in Japan to learn and study teachings of the holy Quran. Take the trouble of coming to the Islamic Centre school with your Japanese or non-Japanese wives and children. If you sacrifice a little time on a holiday like Saturday, Allah may give Barakah in your Halal money-making activities to let you make more money, if you have make a small sacrifice by spending a few hours in the study of Quran along with your family.
