Why DU fixes upper limit of the % while announcing cut-off marks. if a child gets 65.2% marks and the cut-off % for a programme e.g. Tourism is 64-65%, then he/she wont be able to take admission in this programme. why DU do this? why not DU fixes lower limit only? if a child gets more marks, then, will it hamper his studies or college reputation in any way? This should be changed by DU! after all, a major student friendly change has been incorporated by DU this year by facilitating Walk-in-admission.
